Alkadri Society for good
It is with heavy hearts with which we share that our beloved brother Tarek Alkadri has returned to ALLAH on June 5, 2021. Inna Lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un
Tarek Alkadri has been a community leader for many years. He lived a life dedicated to uplifting our community and helping those in need around the world. He founded Pure Hands for Yemen and played an imminent role with several other organizations as well.
To honor our brother, Pure Hands is setting up a sadaqah jariyah project in his dear name and memory. We aim to continue the legacy of our brother in the best possible way: by assisting and uplifting those in need in Yemen.
The Alkadri Society for Good will be an all-encompassing community ecosystem to uplift the underprivileged. This ecosystem includes the following resources:
- Community Center
- Multipurpose Hall
- Training Facility
- Charity Bakery
- Medical Clinic
- Rehabilitation Center for Youth, Women, and Orphans
This project will be located in At Turbah, Taiz – a very busy area with a population of 50,000 people! The mission for this project is to offer sustainable support and aid to the people of Yemen.
The total cost of this project is $1.5 million
We need your help in making this vision a reality. Contributing to a Waqf is a special kind of philanthropic deed as it provides great benefit over a perpetual period of time.
Through your support, we will be able to continue Br. Tarek’s strides in truly creating change in the world around us. Every contribution is greatly appreciated and very much needed.
“When a person dies, all their deeds end except three: a continuing charity, beneficial knowledge and a child who prays for them,” (Hadith, Muslim)
